1. Who we are

Wireless Media PR is a digital marketing agency based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. For purposes of this policy, we are the controller of the data described below.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, and the message you write. It is submitted directly to a third-party processor (formsubmit.co) that forwards it to us by email; it never touches our servers.
• Chat with Mia: the content of the conversation. If you book an appointment, also your name, email, phone, and requested date/time, so we can confirm and follow up.
• Cookies: we only use a cookie to remember your language preference (Spanish/English). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
• Approximate IP-based location: used only to suggest the site language based on your country. It is not stored.
• iOS app (mobiCRM, internal use by our team): a device identifier (push token) so we can notify staff about new appointments or messages needing human attention.

3. How we use your information

• Respond to your messages and consultation requests.
• Schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments, including creating the corresponding Google Calendar event.
• Send confirmation emails and notifications related to your appointment.
• Improve Mia's responses and the quality of our service.
• Comply with legal obligations when applicable.

4. Who we share information with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the providers we use to operate the service, under their own privacy terms:

• formsubmit.co — processes the contact form.
• Resend — sends appointment confirmation emails.
• Google Calendar — stores the scheduled appointment (via OAuth integration authorized by our team).
• Language model (LLM) provider — processes the conversation text with Mia to generate responses.
• Vercel — hosts the site and application infrastructure.
• Upstash (Redis) — temporary storage for rate limiting and sessions.
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — delivers push notifications to the internal iOS app.

5. Security

Sensitive credentials (such as the Google Calendar access token) are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Access to the admin panel is authentication-protected and limited to our team.

6. Data retention

We keep contact and appointment data for as long as needed to serve you and as required by our legal or accounting obligations. You may request earlier deletion (see section 7).

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing info@wirelessmediapr.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children’s privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and are not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this same page with a new effective date.
